Delivery of your Images

Clients will receive the UNEDITED IMAGES the SAME DAY as the session.

Standard editing turnaround time is 3–7 business days. Photoshop editing may require more time.

Due to high studio volume, no editing is performed on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays; these days do not count toward the 3–7 business-day timeframe.

Rush Editing services are available for an additional $125 fee, 24 HOURS TO 48 Hrs. Photoshop editing may require more time, consult with Shots By O.

Which must be paid in full before editing begins. Clients are responsible for booking AHEAD OF TIME TO HAVE THEIR IMAGES BACK ON TIME or Paying for Rush Editing if expedited delivery is required.

IMPORTANT: Editing Timeframe does not begin on the session date.

The Editing Timeframe begins only after the client has completed image selection and clicked the “Send Favorites” button within the gallery.

This action notifies Shots By O Photography to begin the editing process. Failure to submit images correctly will delay turnaround time.

Shots By O Photography does not provide in-house printing.

Prints are not included with any session. All delivered images are DIGITAL IMAGES, only and will be provided via a private online gallery for download.

Shots By O Photography can recreate or customize most creative ideas or visions upon request.

This service does not come standard with image editing.

Clients must select the Image or Images to be Created and purchase the Photoshop editing. 

The Photoshop/Customization Add-On refers to images request involving elements that are not real, including but not limited to digital effects, composites, or altered backgrounds.

This add-on cannot be selected at the time of booking.

The Customization fee Must be paid for inside the Menu of the Gallery link when you receive the images.

Customization pricing is located in session details. While some customized ideas may be completed at no additional charge. Or at a lower Price. Consult with Shots By O. All customization fees are determined solely at the discretion of Shots By O Photography. Clients are encouraged to inquire about specific concepts prior to image selection.

Beginning 2026 January 

Shots By O Photography LLC has to begin charging taxes for the state of TENNESSEE. By law ALL PAYMENTS received has to be taxed.

Retainer Fees, Remaining Balances, Extra Edits, Customization Fees. All the money received by me from clients, to sum it up. 

Accepted forms of final payment include:

• Cash (Taxes will be calculated at checkout)

Payment for any ADDITIONAL EDITS or add-on services is due in full before editing begins.

The remaining balance for all sessions is due no later than the end of the session and must be paid before image delivery or services continue.

Clients are responsible for addressing any questions prior to booking.
