Rescheduling

All sessions are booked are good for (1) specific date and time.

If a client wishes to change their session:

1. The client must return to the website and book a new session.

2. A new retainer fee is required for the new booking. The original retainer cannot be applied, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances.

3. Shots By O does not reschedule sessions on behalf of clients.

4. Once a new session is booked, cancel the previous session. 

No exceptions. No credits. No transfers.

A client is considered late 15 minutes after the scheduled session start time.

A $50 late fee will (AUTOMATICALLY) be applied to the REMAINING BALANCE after this 15-minute grace period.

If the client is more than 20 minutes late, Shots By O reserves the right to cancel the session. Client will be notified if this occurs, resulting in a Cancelation fee.

Clients are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for preparation, including wardrobe changes, hair changes if needed, so the session can begin at the scheduled time.

All sessions have a designated time duration, that the client selected at Booking which must be adhered to.

Clients may cancel their session at any time; however.

Shots By O Photography now enforces a mandatory cancellation fee. Exceptions will not be made.

The cancellation fee is 50% of the remaining balance that would have been due following the scheduled session.

This fee is due immediately upon cancellation. 

Client must send payment when canceling.

No Call/No Shows are considered as a Cancelation.

Could result in Blocking from future Bookings 

Failure to PAY the cancellation fee will result in Shots By O Photography, REFUSING or BLOCKING; Or both, of all future services to the client.

Shots By O Photography does not require full payment prior to services being rendered. Clients who choose to pay in full before the session do so at their own discretion. If a client pays in advance and subsequently cancels the session, all payments made are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
