SHOTS BY O PHOTOGRAPHY

ALL BOOKINGS ARE VALID FOR ONE (1) SPECIFIC DATE AND TIME ONLY.

Once a session is booked, the selected date and time is your official Appointment with Shots By O.  Any request to change this Date and time will result in MANDATORY RESCHEDULING Process.

RESCHEDULING PROCEDURE

1. REQUESTING A NEW DATE & TIME

Before Contacting Shots By O, the client requesting to reschedule must return to the same session. Review the available dates and times, Find a preferred new date and time, and contact Shots By O Photography with their request.

2. RESCHEDULING INVOICE

Once Shots By O Photography updates the requested date and time, the booking system will automatically issue a RESCHEDULING INVOICE to the client. Which must be paid before the system automatically reschedule the session. No payment no Reschedule. 

3. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED

(Do I have to pay again?) The answer is YES

The rescheduling invoice MUST be paid in full before the new date and time are confirmed.

NO PAYMENT = NO RESCHEDULED SESSION.

(Will it count towards my Balance?) NO 

4. NEW RETAINER FEE REQUIRED

A NEW, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE RETAINER FEE is required for EVERY rescheduled session.

• The original retainer is FORFEITED when a client requests a new date or time.

• The original retainer CANNOT be refunded, credited, or transferred to another booking. (Birthday Session Booked, can I use it for Grad? It can't be transferred 

• The new retainer is a SEPARATE payment and DOES NOT reduce or apply toward the remaining session balance.

• The client remains responsible for the FULL remaining balance of the session.

FINAL POLICY — STRICTLY ENFORCED

NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS. NO CREDITS. NO TRANSFERS.

By booking a session with Shots By O Photography, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.

FAILURE TO PAY THE REQUIRED RESCHEDULING INVOICE MEANS THE SESSION WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED.

SHOTS BY O PHOTOGRAPHY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO STRICTLY ENFORCE THIS POLICY FOR ALL CLIENTS.

A client is considered late 15 minutes after the scheduled session start time.

A $50 late fee will (AUTOMATICALLY) be applied to the REMAINING BALANCE after this 15-minute grace period.

If the client is more than 20 minutes late, Shots By O reserves the right to cancel the session. Client will be notified if this occurs, resulting in a Cancelation fee.

Clients are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for preparation, including wardrobe changes, hair changes if needed, so the session can begin at the scheduled time.

All sessions have a designated time duration, that the client selected at Booking which must be adhered to.

Clients may cancel their session at any time; however.

Shots By O Photography now enforces a mandatory cancellation fee. Exceptions will not be made.

The cancellation fee is 50% of the remaining balance that would have been due following the scheduled session.

This fee is due immediately upon cancellation. 

Client must send payment when canceling.

No Call/No Shows are considered as a Cancelation.

Could result in Blocking from future Bookings 

Failure to PAY the cancellation fee will result in Shots By O Photography, REFUSING or BLOCKING; Or both, of all future services to the client.

Shots By O Photography does not require full payment prior to services being rendered. Clients who choose to pay in full before the session do so at their own discretion. If a client pays in advance and subsequently cancels the session, all payments made are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
